Pocket Patterns / legal note

Returns begin with a clear agreement.

This website does not sell products, subscriptions, downloads, or instant services. Here is how cancellations and refunds are considered if a separate engagement is agreed.

No website checkout or automatic purchase

Tirumavel Pocket Patterns does not offer an online store, payment page, paid download, subscription, or account through this website. Sending a form or email is not a purchase and creates no charge. As a result, there is no website order number, return label, or automated refund process associated with browsing this site.

Before a service engagement starts

Any mobile app development work, working session, prototype activity, or other professional service would be discussed directly and set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement would identify the scope, timing, fees, payment arrangement, cancellation approach, responsibilities, and any conditions relevant to the particular work. It takes priority over this general website note.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a discussion or agreed service, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will review the timing, work already reserved or completed, materials already prepared, and the applicable written agreement. Early notice helps both sides assess practical options, including rescheduling where that is appropriate.

Refunds and fees

Refund eligibility, if any, is not determined by this informational site. It depends on the terms agreed for the particular engagement, applicable law, and the work performed or costs committed at the time of a cancellation. We do not promise a universal refund outcome. Questions about an invoice or payment should include the relevant engagement details so the issue can be reviewed accurately.

Digital and working materials

Where a future agreement includes written notes, screen annotations, prototype material, or other digital work, the agreement should state how those materials may be used, revised, transferred, or retained. A request to discontinue work does not automatically transfer rights in unfinished material, nor does it erase obligations that may have been agreed for completed work or committed expenses.

How to ask a returns question

Email [email protected] with “Returns” or “Cancellation” in the subject line. Describe the relevant agreement, date, and concern without including unnecessary sensitive information. We will respond through the available correspondence channel and use the applicable written terms as the starting point.
